Shipping within Switzerland

Orders are shipped via DHL or DPD. Delivery usually takes 3–6 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout, based on the size and weight of your order. There is currently no free-shipping threshold.

Customs & Import

Our products are shipped to Switzerland from an EU warehouse. Swiss import VAT and customs clearance fees are not included in the product price and may be charged separately to you by the carrier or customs upon delivery. Any such charges will be clearly disclosed before you complete your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Even though there is no statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless we sent you an incorrect or defective item
• Clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached — trying it on is fine
• Sale items can be returned under the same conditions

Here's how it works:

• Email us at support@liorafashion.ch with your order number and the items you'd like to return
• We'll send you the return address and instructions
• Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
