Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop liorafashion.ch by Zita's Fashion (sold under the brand "Liora Fashion", hereinafter "we"; full company details in the Legal Notice), with customers whose delivery address is in Switzerland.

2. Formation of Contract

The display of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our confirmation by email.

3. Prices & Duties

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and do not include shipping costs or Swiss import VAT and customs clearance fees. As our products are shipped to customers in Switzerland from an EU warehouse, import VAT and clearance fees may be charged separately to you by the carrier or customs upon delivery. Shipping costs and any such charges are disclosed before the contract is concluded.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), TWINT, invoice. Payment is processed via our payment provider [placeholder, e.g. Shopify Payments].

5. Delivery

Delivery takes place within Switzerland unless stated otherwise. Delivery times are listed on the Shipping & Returns page. Ownership of the goods passes to the customer only upon full payment.

6. Returns & Exchanges

There is no statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland as there is in the EU. We voluntarily grant a right of return within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our return conditions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless an incorrect or defective item was delivered.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. Defects must be reported immediately upon discovery.

8. Liability

We are not liable for slight negligence, to the extent permitted by law. The terms of third parties (suppliers) apply additionally to damages arising from the use of their products.

9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory provisions of the place of residence remain reserved for consumers resident in Switzerland. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered seat of Zita's Fashion (see Legal Notice).
